Cookie policy
The site nordicsite.fi works without tracking cookies. We only ask permission for Google Ads measurement. On this page we explain exactly what is stored in your browser.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. The browser's local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. In Finland, the use of cookies is regulated by section 205 of the Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014), supervised by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom. Cookies that are not strictly necessary require your consent.
2. Necessary storage (no consent required)
These are needed so the site remembers your choices. They do not track you and are not shared with anyone.

3. Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
We advertise on Google Ads. To know whether an ad led to a contact request, Google sets measurement cookies, but only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Before consent, Google's script is not loaded at all, and we use Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage denied by default.

4. Third-party services
We have cut external services to a minimum:
- Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google's font service.
- Animations and features are implemented with our own code, without external libraries.
- The contact form is sent to our own server only when you press “Send”. The server forwards the message to our inbox; no external form service handles it. To block spam the server counts submissions for one hour using a hash derived from the IP address; the IP address itself is not stored.
- Visitor statistics run on our own server without cookies: your browser sends the page path, the referring site name, the screen size class and the page language. No IP address, identifier or cookie is stored, so an individual visitor cannot be identified. The count is skipped if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.
- Google Ads loads only with your consent (see above).
5. How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:
- Click “Cookie settings” in the page footer, or .
- Choose “Necessary only” or adjust your choices and save.
When you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies Google has set for this site. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
