Questions and answers
What does “free demo within 24 hours” mean in practice?
When you get in touch, we build a preview of your new website within one day. The demo is completely free and does not commit you to anything. You only pay if you decide to buy the site.
What does the price include? Are there hidden fees?
No. The package price includes everything listed in the package description. Prices exclude VAT. Add-ons (e.g. the price calculator or the e-commerce add-on) are priced separately and shown openly in the calculator and on the Services & pricing page.
How does invoicing work?
Invoicing is handled safely through the UKKO.fi light-entrepreneur service. You receive the invoice only after you have approved the site and want to buy it.
What does maintenance include and what does it cost?
Maintenance includes all small text and price changes and looking after the site after launch. It costs 500 € per year billed once, or 50 € per month. In the Business site and Ultimate packages the first 6 months are free.
Do you use templates (WordPress, Wix, etc.)?
No. We code every site from scratch ourselves. That is why the sites are lightweight and fast, and search engines read them easily without heavy plugins.
Why are your prices so competitive?
We are a two-person team with no office overheads, and we use modern AI tools to polish copy and streamline production. The savings go straight into the price.
How quickly is the finished site delivered?
You get the demo within 24 hours. The final delivery time depends on the size of the site and how quickly we receive the materials from you. We agree on the schedule in the quote.
